Pay Scale:
- Deputy Registrar: Level 12 – ₹78,800 to ₹2,09,200
- Assistant Registrar: Level 11 – ₹67,700 to ₹2,08,700
- Examiner of Trade Marks: Level 7 – ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400
Eligibility Criteria:
Deputy Registrar:
- Degree in Law with at least 10 years’ experience OR
- Master’s in Law with 8 years’ relevant experience
- Desirable: Ph.D. in Intellectual Property
Assistant Registrar:
- Degree in Law with minimum 5 years’ experience OR
- Master’s in Law with 3 years’ relevant experience
- Desirable: Ph.D. in Intellectual Property
Examiner of Trade Marks:
- Degree in Law with minimum 2 years’ experience in legal or IP matters
- Desirable: Master’s degree in Intellectual Property
Selection Process:
Candidates will be selected on Deputation/Short-term Contract basis. The process includes eligibility verification and document scrutiny.
