🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
Deputy Registrar
- Qualification: Degree in Law with 10 years of relevant experience OR Master’s in Law with 8 years experience
- Desirable: Ph.D. in Intellectual Property
Assistant Registrar
- Qualification: Degree in Law with 5 years experience OR Master’s in Law with 3 years experience
- Desirable: Ph.D. in Intellectual Property
Examiner of Trade Marks
- Qualification: Degree in Law with 2 years experience in legal or IP matters
- Desirable: Master’s in Intellectual Property
🎯 Age Limit:
- Maximum Age: 56 years as on 13/10/2025
- Relaxation applicable as per Govt. rules for reserved categories.
💰 Pay Scales:
- Deputy Registrar: Level 12 (₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200)
- Assistant Registrar: Level 11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700)
- Examiner of Trade Marks: Level 7 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
