Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- A Law degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant legal experience in any one of the following capacities:
- As a member of a State Judicial Service,
- Holding a senior post in the legal department of a State,
- As a Central Government servant with legal affairs experience, or
- As a qualified legal practitioner with 13 years of practice.
