Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Full-time LL.B. (3 years) with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institute,
OR
5-year integrated LL.B. degree with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institute. - LL.M. in a relevant field will be preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in legal matters related to construction/infrastructure sectors.
- Practical experience in handling arbitration, litigation before tribunals and courts, and drafting/vetting of legal documents such as agreements, bonds, and affidavits is essential.
- Experience in pre-contract transactional work will be an added advantage.
- Computer proficiency is desirable.
