Position: Legal Associate (A1 Level) – Criminal Litigation
The firm is inviting applications from legal professionals with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) for the role of Legal Associate in its Criminal Litigation team. The position involves handling matters in trial and appellate courts, drafting, research, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents including bail applications, criminal appeals, SLPs, revisions, and cross-examination questions
- Appear before Trial Courts, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India
- Assist senior counsels in hearings, case strategy, and documentation
- Manage filings, coordinate with clients, and prepare case materials independently
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in criminal litigation
- Proven drafting and legal research skills
- Prior courtroom experience before trial and higher courts
- Strong ability to manage client interactions and case preparation tasks autonomously
