About the Role:
Legacy Law Offices LLP is expanding its Capital Markets practice and is looking to hire Associates, Senior Associates, and Principal Associates. The team advises on both domestic and international equity and debt offerings, including IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, and NCDs. You will work closely with leading issuers, merchant bankers, and global legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing offer documents such as DRHPs, RHPs, prospectuses, and placement memoranda
- Conducting legal due diligence and preparing corresponding reports
- Advising clients on regulatory compliance under SEBI, Companies Act, FEMA, and stock exchange regulations
- Coordinating with intermediaries and regulatory authorities throughout transaction processes
Candidate Requirements:
- 1.5–7 years of relevant Capital Markets experience at a reputed law firm
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and regulatory skills
- Sound knowledge of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, LODR Regulations, and the Companies Act
Additional Requirement for Chandigarh Applicants:
Candidates applying for the Chandigarh office should also have 20–40% of their experience in General Corporate work.
