1. Lead – Training and Communications (5–10 years; Remote)
- Oversee the design, implementation, and scaling of training programs and communication strategies for judges, court staff, government officials, and other stakeholders.
- Represent Adalat AI at national and international platforms, promoting responsible AI adoption in the justice sector.
- Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in training or communications, preferably with government, judiciary, or corporate entities, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

2. Project Managers – Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka (Dharwad), Punjab & Haryana, Odisha (2+ years)
- Act as the main liaison with High Court leadership, including the Chief Justice, senior judges, Registrar General, and IT committee.
- Conduct trainings and workshops for judicial stakeholders and oversee project implementation to ensure adoption at the state level.
- Applicants should be practicing lawyers with 2–5 years of experience in the respective state, possessing strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

3. Legal Specialists – Indirect Tax (Customs) / Arbitration (3+ years; Remote)
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design AI tools informed by legal expertise.
- Convert complex legal procedures into structured, tech-compatible processes.
- Work closely with judges, lawyers, and government bodies to identify challenges and co-create AI-driven solutions.
- Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in litigation or law firms, with a strong command of arbitration or indirect tax law, and excellent communication skills bridging law and technology.

4. Legal Associate (1–3 years; Remote)
- Combine legal expertise with product innovation and compliance.

- Contribute to compliance efforts in areas such as data privacy, corporate governance, and labor law.
- Suitable for early-career legal professionals with 1–3 years of experience, keen interest in AI and technology, and a solid grasp of regulatory frameworks.
