Eligibility:
- B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution
- 10–12 years of post-qualification experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling litigation including consumer, civil, criminal, and writ matters
- Providing regulatory and compliance advisory with legal research
- Reviewing HR contracts and managing labour disputes
- Overseeing intellectual property portfolio and applications
- Drafting and negotiating various business contracts
- Managing passenger-related complaints and legal issues
- Developing SOPs and checklists for legal processes
