DSK Legal is inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate / Principal Associate in their Dispute Resolution team based in Mumbai.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings and legal documents in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration, and NCLT matters
- Managing complex dispute matters independently and as part of a team
- Navigating High Court procedures, arbitration processes, and NCLT practices effectively
- Driving case strategy and ensuring timely closures
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
- 5 to 8 years of experience in civil & commercial litigation and arbitration
- Strong command over High Court, arbitration, and NCLT procedures
- Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently
- Candidates with high ownership and a solution-oriented approach will be preferred
