Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
LL.B. degree (either a 3-year or 5-year integrated course) from a recognized university. - Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve collection targets based on assigned product asset categories.
- Manage and coordinate legal cases filed by the bank, providing necessary input and support to advocates.
- Conduct daily customer visits to build relationships, negotiate settlements, and recover outstanding dues.
- Submit settlement proposals promptly to the Settlement and Litigation Cell (SLC) for further action.
- Share regular market updates with the SLC team.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, visits, and recovery activities.
- Stay updated with relevant judgments and legal citations.
- Ensure timely responses to regulatory, ombudsman, CRM, and senior management complaints.
- Monitor and follow up on ongoing litigations in courts and consumer forums.
- Initiate advocate payments and case allocations as per bank procedures.
